石油工业部井控技术与优选参数钻井技术会议于1987年11月在四川资中召开。会议对钻井系统工程的灾难性事故——井喷失控着火作了历史性的总结,对提高我国的井控技术进行了认真的研究。一致认为井控技术是平衡钻井的一部分,是科学打探井,发现油气层,保护油气层,提高钻井速度的至关重要组成部分。必须引起各级领导和工程技术人员的高度重视,组织地质、钴井;地震、测井、中途测试、试采等专业的力量,作出本油气田各地层压力梯度剖面;设计合理的井身结构,确定分段泥浆密度;加强装备更新、配套和管理;制定严明的井控工作制度;严格“四·七”动作的岗位分工和井控责任制;加速对井队技术力量的培训,使其具有队自为战,班自为战的能力。为推广这次会议的经验,特将井控技术部分发言摘登于下。
Ministry of Petroleum Industry well control technology and the preferred parameters drilling technology conference in November 1987 in Sichuan capital held. The conference made a historic summary of the catastrophic accident of drilling system engineering - blowout out of control and made a serious study on raising the well control technology in our country. It is agreed that well control technology is a part of balanced drilling and is an essential part of scientific exploration of wells, discovery of oil and gas layers, protection of oil and gas layers and improvement of drilling speed. We must attach great importance to leadership and engineering and technical personnel at all levels and organize professional geological forces such as cobalt wells, earthquakes, logging, midway tests and trial production to make pressure gradient profiles of all layers in this oil and gas field. Well-designed well structures, Determine the density of sub-section mud; strengthen equipment renewal, matching and management; formulate strict well control system; strictly “four seven” post moves and well control responsibility system; speed up the training of technical personnel of the well team to have Team self-combat, self-combat capabilities.
