使用铜蓝蛋白ELISA法测定了矽肺大鼠及汉防己甲素(汉甲)、克矽平、磷酸羟基喹哌(抗矽Ⅰ号)及柠檬酸铝(柠铝)治疗的矽肺大鼠血清铜蓝蛋白(Cp)含量,并与微量法测定结果进行了比较。两种方法测定结果十分相近。ELISA法对血清存放时间要求较宽,Cp的微量测定法简便准确,但要求血清存放时间短。
The serum levels of serum copper in silicotic rats and rats treated with tetrandrine (hexamethylenetetrazolium), kexiping, hydroxyquipir phosphate (anti-silicon I) and aluminum citrate Cytoplasmic protein (CP) content was compared with the results of micro-assay. The results of the two methods are very similar. ELISA method requires a wide range of storage time of serum, and the trace determination of Cp is simple and accurate, but the serum storage time is required to be short.
