我矿主井安装一台JKD4×6型多绳摩擦轮提升机,是目前国产最大的一台。它由3200kW直流电动机(1000V,3420A,500r/min)拖动,交流机组供电。在电机直流主回路中,设如下三道电流保护: 1.电流截止负反馈:当主回路电流达1.8I_e(为电动机额定电流)即6150A时,开始电流截止;当电流达2.19I_e即7500A时,电动机速度堵转到零; 2.过电流继电器保护:当电流达2.3I_e即7860A时,过电流继电器动作,提升机紧急停车;
Mine mine shaft to install a JKD4 × 6-type multi-rope friction wheel hoist, is currently the largest domestic one. It is powered by a 3200kW DC motor (1000V, 3420A, 500r / min) and AC unit. In the motor DC main circuit, set the following three current protection: 1. Current cut-off negative feedback: When the main loop current of 1.8I_e (for the motor rated current) that is 6150A, start the current cut-off; when the current reaches 2.19I_e or 7500A, Motor speed blocked to zero; 2. Overcurrent relay protection: When the current reaches 2.3I_e 7860A, over-current relay action, hoist emergency stop;
