长期大剂量摄入阿司匹林可引起胃出血。已有很多实验证明胃出血或胃溃疡可为前列腺素所缓和。有报道阿司匹林可抑制形成花生四烯酸的调节步骤—△-6-去饱和作用。作者在大鼠中研究比较γ—亚麻酸和亚油酸饲养对阿司匹林引起胃出血的影响。胃内饲入阿司匹林每日100mg,连续4周。用肉眼和显微镜组织学检查胃损害情况。其结果为膳食中亚油酸丰富的8只大鼠有3只胃出血,γ—亚麻酸丰富的8只大鼠无一只发生胃出血。并发现喂γ—亚麻酸大鼠的血
Long-term high-dose intake of aspirin can cause stomach bleeding. Many experiments have proved that gastric bleeding or gastric ulcer can be relieved by prostaglandins. It has been reported that aspirin can inhibit the formation of arachidonic acid in the adjustment step -△-6- desaturation. The authors studied the effect of gamma-linolenic acid and linoleic acid feeding on aspirin-induced gastric bleeding in rats. Aspirin was daily administered to the stomach for 100 mg for 4 consecutive weeks. Histology of the stomach was examined visually and microscopically.
