随着低出生体重 (LBW )儿存活率的提高 ,其未来的健康状况受到了广泛关注。研究表明 ,LBW儿青春期时身高、体重、头围、体质指数仍低于正常体重儿 ,性成熟情况与正常体重儿一致 ,LBW儿更易出现感觉神经损伤、学习困难、精神分裂症、哮喘等健康问题 ,而LBW儿在儿童青少年时期是否易患 2型糖尿病、高血压和血脂异常存在争议。该文从体格发育、神经精神发育、高血压、糖尿病等几个方面对LBW儿的发育结局进行了综述
With the improvement of survival rate of low birth weight (LBW) children, its future health has received extensive attention.
