目的和方法:使用DEN诱发大鼠肝癌,分别观察抑癌方、喃氟啶(FT-207)对肝脏的病理及其N-ras、H-ras、P~(53)等基因转录水平的作用。结果:中药与FT-207对DEN所致大鼠肝癌均有一定的抑制作用;对肝脏的某些基因的转录水平有一定的调控作用。结论:中药抑癌方作用优于FT-207。
AIM and METHODS: DEN-induced rat liver cancer was used to observe the effect of tumor suppressor and lanthanide (FT-207) on liver pathology and the transcription levels of N-ras, H-ras, P53, etc. . RESULTS: Traditional Chinese medicine and FT-207 had a certain inhibitory effect on rat hepatic carcinoma induced by DEN, and had certain regulation on the transcription level of some liver genes. Conclusion: The anticancer effect of traditional Chinese medicine is better than that of FT-207.
