人物档案:1938年出生在延安,1958年从中国科技大学毕业,后到哈尔滨军事工程学院学习。1963年毕业后,分配到新疆某部研究所工作。在“文革”期间,其父罗瑞卿受到迫害,罗箭也未能幸免。1970年,他转业到四川南充当工人,1976年落实政策后重返新疆。1978年,调国防科工委机关工作,1996年,从解放军总装备部后勤部副政委岗位上退休。
Profile: Born in Yan’an in 1938, graduated from China University of Science and Technology in 1958, then studied at Harbin Institute of Military Engineering. After graduating in 1963, assigned to a research institute in Xinjiang. During the “Cultural Revolution”, his father, Luo Ruiqing, was persecuted, and Luo Arrow was also spared. In 1970, he was transferred to work in Nanchong, Sichuan Province, and returned to Xinjiang in 1976 after implementing the policy. In 1978, it transferred the work of organs and committees of the State Commission for Science and Industry and Sports Commission and in 1996, retired from the position of Deputy Political Commissar of Logistics Department of PLA General Armament Department.
