颌骨囊肿是口腔颌面外科常见病之一。但其治疗,尤其是较大型颌骨囊肿,仍存在许多问题。多年来我们采用明胶海棉加抗菌素粉剂充填骨创腔治疗颌骨囊肿,收到良好的效果。现报告如下:1 资料和方法①本组患者18例,男12例,女6例。年龄14～57岁。②根据X线片表现:囊肿为1～6×4 cm~2,或同时波及上腭、鼻腔和上颌窦。③手术方法:病人在全麻或局麻下行囊肿摘除或刮除术,术中保留创腔周围的粘膜组织,将囊肿已波及的根管
Jawbone is one of the common diseases of oral and maxillofacial surgery. But its treatment, especially the larger jaw cyst, there are still many problems. Over the years we use gelatin sponge and antibiotic powder filled bone wound treatment of jaw cysts, received good results. Now report as follows: 1 Materials and Methods ① 18 patients in this group, 12 males and 6 females.
