以蛹虫草子实体为研究对象,研究高温和强光对蛹虫草培养后期子实体中多糖、核苷含量和酪氨酸酶抑制活性的影响。结果表明,在蛹虫草子实体培养后期,提高温度和增加光照强度,可显著提高蛹虫草子实体多糖、尿嘧啶、尿苷、腺嘌呤、腺苷和虫草素等核苷类物质的含量(P<0.05),尤其是多糖、腺苷和虫草素的含量较常规培养子实体分别提高0.77、1.76倍和3.58倍。另外发现经过高温和强光胁迫蛹虫草子实体抑制酪氨酸酶活性也有所增强,并且从子实体甲醇提取物中分离到酪氨酸酶抑制活性纯品物质,结果显示该物质对单酚酶活性的IC50为27.8386μg·m L~(-1),二酚酶活性的IC50为38.1432μg·m L~(-1)。
The Cordyceps militaris fruiting body was used as the research object to study the effects of high temperature and high light on polysaccharide, nucleoside content and tyrosinase inhibition activity in the fruiting body of Cordyceps militaris. The results showed that the increase of temperature and light intensity in the later stage of C. militaris could significantly increase the contents of polysaccharides, uracil, uridine, adenine, adenosine and cordycepin in Cordyceps militaris (P <0.05). In particular, the contents of polysaccharides, adenosine and cordycepin increased by 0.77, 1.76 and 3.58 times respectively as compared with the conventional culture medium. In addition, it was found that the tyrosinase activity was also enhanced by the high temperature and high light stress, and the tyrosinase inhibitory activity of pure substance was also isolated from the fruiting body methanol extract. The results showed that the substance inhibited the activity of monophenol The IC50 of the activity was 27.8386μg · m L -1 and the IC50 of the diphenol activity was 38.1432μg · m L -1.
