对自动化技术实验室原有的控制系统进行了改革,采用西门子工业自动化产品开发了基于PROFIBUS-DP的过程控制实验平台。经过改造的控制系统实现了对实验装置的集中管理、分散控制。实践表明,该平台提高了实验效率,有利于学生了解目前先进的控制技术,是掌握PLC应用技术、学习过程控制工程、研究控制算法的良好平台。
The automation system of the original control system has been reformed, the use of Siemens industrial automation products developed based on PROFIBUS-DP process control experiment platform. After the transformation of the control system to achieve the experimental device centralized management, decentralized control. Practice shows that the platform improves the experimental efficiency and helps students understand the current advanced control technology.
