1998年6月,湖南省对外友协赴欧基础设施考察团,对西欧6国(德国、荷兰、比利时、卢森堡、法国、意大利,下同)的基础设施建设进行了考察。耳闻目睹,印象最深的是其公路建设的巨大成就和成功经验,亦不乏对其公路建设经验教训的启示。 一、现状与展望 西欧6国国土总面积128.45万平方公里,总人口2.23亿人,均为发达的资本主义国家。第二次世界大战后,伴随着汽车工业的发展,各国公路建设突飞猛进。经过近30年的努力,至70年代末80年代初,均已建成了较完善、发达的公路网络。
In June 1998, Hunan Province CPAFFC visited the infrastructure in Europe and inspected the infrastructure construction in six Western European countries (Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Italy and the same below). What we can see and hear most deeply is the tremendous achievements and successful experiences gained in its road construction. There is also no lack of enlightenment on the lessons learned from its road construction. I. Current Situation and Prospects Western Europe and China have a total area of 1,284,500 square kilometers and a total population of 223 million. They are all developed capitalist countries. After the Second World War, along with the development of the automobile industry, the road construction in various countries has progressed by leaps and bounds. After nearly 30 years of hard work, by the late 1970s and early 1980s, well-developed and well-developed road networks have been built.
