目的 :探讨 TMZ伍复方丹参滴丸对冠心病介入治疗过程中瞬时心肌缺血和缺血后再灌注的预防性干预作用。方法 :以冠状动脉内心电图 ST段抬高值、心绞痛缓解、心律失常、射血分数作为临床疗效评价指标 ,比较分析 TMZ伍复方丹参滴丸对稳定型心绞痛、不稳定型心绞痛、急性心肌梗死病例 PTCA球囊扩张时及 PTCA后的影响。结果 :TMZ伍复方丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛、急性心梗 PTCA治疗病例 ,当 PTCA时及 PTCA后 ,可以改善心肌供血以及提高心肌细胞对缺血的耐受性。结论 :TMZ伍复方丹参滴丸对不稳定型心绞痛、急性心梗病例 PTCA治疗过程中瞬时心肌缺血和缺血后再灌注有预防性干预作用
Objective: To investigate the preventive effect of TMZ Wudu Danshen dripping pills on transient myocardial ischemia and post-ischemic reperfusion in patients with coronary heart disease during interventional therapy. Methods: The coronary artery electrocardiogram ST segment elevation, angina pectoris, arrhythmia, ejection fraction as a clinical evaluation indicators, comparative analysis of TMZ Wudu Danshen dripping pills for patients with stable angina, unstable angina, acute myocardial infarction Effect of PTCA balloon dilatation and after PTCA. Results: Treatment of unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction with TMZ Wudu Danshen dropping pills could improve myocardial blood supply and myocardial ischemia tolerance after PTCA and PTCA. Conclusion: TMZ Wufu Danshen dripping pills have preventive effects on transient myocardial ischemia and post-ischemic reperfusion in patients with unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction
