The levels of PTH, CT and calcium in fasting plasma of patients with Graves disease (GD) were not significantly different from those in the normal group, while the values of 1α, 25 (OH) _2D were lower in the GD patients than those in the control group. After a single intravenous injection of calcium gluconate and EDTA, 1α, 25 (OH) _2D, calcium, phosphorus dynamic changes. In GD patients, the fluctuation of serum calcium in CaG and EDTA was significant, while there was no obvious dynamic change in PTH, 1α, 25 (OH) _2D and the second phase secretion in thyroid C cells was poor. Prompt GD strain of calcium fluctuations more affected by PTH, CT other than thyroid hormone, or thyroid hormone may increase PTH activity. Also prompts patients with abnormal vitamin D metabolism.
