随着现代社会经济的发展,用益物权已经成为物权法中一个重要的组成部分。用益物权不仅可以满足非财产所有权人对他人所有的财产的利用需求,还对我国的经济发展、自然资源的合理利用等都有着深远的影响。完善用益物权制度,需要增加它的内容和种类,建立一个统一的用益物权规则,只有用益物权不断地被完善,才能更好地促进社会的发展,处理财产利用关系,最大地发挥它的作用。
With the development of modern society and economy, usufructuary rights have become an important part of the Property Law. The usufructuary right can not only meet the demand of the non-property owner for the utilization of the property owned by others, but also exert a far-reaching influence on the economic development of our country and the rational utilization of natural resources.
