Controlling the flowering of deciduous fruit trees is an important way to maintain a steady year after year. Delayed flowering can not only avoid the night cream damage. But also pollination and fertilization at higher temperatures, to promote a comprehensive fruit. It is currently believed that there are two factors that affect the flowering time: (1) to break the length of the winter low temperature required for dormancy; and (2) the caloric requirement of flower buds after dormancy. Understanding the relative importance of these two factors that affect florescence enables tree fruit workers to select parental material more efficiently, to develop better procedures for screening seedlings and germinating seeds, and to predict plant selection for selected lines
