孕妇,李××,30岁。一九九三年三月三日以中期妊娠引产收住院。查体:一般情况好,心肺(-),腹部(-),血型“O”型。妇科检查,宫底脐下两指。三月八日2(45’/pm)在常规消毒下行羊膜腔穿刺术,于脐下三指、腹中线右侧旁一指处进针,抽出羊水清亮,注入甘遂250mg。三月九日2(55’/Am)自然破水,3(20’ /Am)在常规消毒下自娩一男死婴,约四个月大小。40分钟后胎盘不剥,行手剥胎盘失败。因阴道出
