针对矿井提升机制动系统,提出了一种在提升机低速运行时,施闸制动,依据制动效果直接测试制动力矩、空动时间、制动行程等制动参数的方法,并采用单片机AT89S52和PC机组成的两级计算机系统来实现制动参数的检测和显示。
Aiming at the braking system of mine hoist, a method of applying brake on gate when brake is running at low speed and braking parameters such as braking torque, lost motion time and braking stroke are directly tested according to the braking effect. AT89S52 and PC two-level computer system to achieve the braking parameters of the test and display.
