最近我们在绥化十区前七村进行召开人民代大表会试点工作,深切体会到:在整党基础上开好村人民代表大会,巩固提高互助组是一项重要工作。前七村是绥化县一个中等村,是该区的中上等村。全村一六六户,参加生产互助组的一五三户,占总户数百分之九十二,五二年春全村有五个常年组、二十一个季节组、六个临时组、两家单干户。由于有百分之九十以上的户都参加组织起来和开展了常年的丰产竞赛红旗运动,采取了新的生产技术,因此五二年全村七三六、八八垧地平均每垧打粮七石三斗多,达到历史最高纪录,超过土改时二倍半。在结合了解村政权与当前工作情况和进行民主教育时,我们发现该村在
Recently, we conducted the pilot work of the People’s Congress on the behalf of the people’s congress in the first seven villages in the ten districts of Suihua. We have come to realize that it is an important work to open up the village people’s congress on the basis of reunification and consolidate and enhance mutual aid groups. The former seven villages are a middle-level village in Suihua County and the middle and upper village in the district. There are 166 households in the village, 153 households participating in the production mutual aid group, accounting for 92% of the total number of households.
