黄芪为豆科植物蒙古黄芪Astragalus membranaceus(Fi-sch) Bge. Var. mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiso及膜荚黄芪Astra qalus membranaceus (Fisch) Beg的干燥根,为常用补益药,具有“益固气表,托毒生肌”之功效。现将黄芪口服液的制工艺备报如下。一、处方黄芪1000g 蔗糖240g 制成2000ml 二、制法 1.原料:由省药材公司提供。 2.制备:黄芪适量,分别加水煎煮三次(时间为1.5、1.0、0.5h/次)。煎煮液合并,浓缩至1:1(g:ml),滤去不溶物,加乙醇至含醇量达80％静置过夜,过滤,醇溶部分回收乙醇,沸水浴浓缩至4:1,再加乙醇至80％,静置,过滤,醇溶部分回收乙醇,浓缩,加入0.5％(g/ml)活性炭,煮沸10min脱炭,加蒸馏水及蔗塘至足量,通过G3漏斗,分装于10ml棕色球颈安瓿中,100℃灭菌30min即
Astragalus membranaceus is a dry root of leguminous Astragalus membranaceus (Fi-sch) Bge. Var. mongholicus (Bge.) Hsiso and Astra qalus membranaceus (Fisch) Beg. It is a commonly used tonic and has a , Toxic muscles" effect. The preparation process of Astragalus oral solution is now reported as follows. 1. Prescription Astragalus 1000g Made from sucrose 240g 2000ml 2. Method 1. Raw materials: Provided by the provincial medicine company. 2. Preparation: Astragalus amount, respectively, boiling water three times (time 1.5,1.0,0.5h/times). The boiling liquid was combined and concentrated to 1:1 (g:ml).
