胡锦涛总书记6月25日在中央党校的重要讲话中对科学发展观作了科学概括和阐述,指出,科学发展观,第一要义是发展,核心是以人为本,基本要求是全面协调可持续,根本方法是统筹兼顾。讲话进一步明确了贯彻落实科学发展观的基本要求。为了更好地学习总书记的这一讲话精神,深入领会和把握科学发展观的思想内涵,本刊记者近日采访了中共中央党校科社教研部秦刚教授。现将采访的主要内容整理如下:
