Light (domestic mouse type) haemorrhagic fever is an acute infectious disease characterized by fever, bleeding and mild renal injury that broke out in Henan and Shanxi from March to July 1981. In clinical and epidemiological aspects, there is a clear difference from the known epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF).
