复杂性是人类社会的本质特征,其与高校图书馆的危机有紧密的关系。因此,对于高校图书馆危机的预警必须基于复杂性的视野。高校图书馆危机的复杂性主要表现为成因的复杂性和特征的复杂性。复杂性理论对于高校图书馆预警机制的启示主要有三点:一是危机是不可避免和不可预期的,但可以预警;二是在构建预警体系时应该以人为本;三是应该以制度建设为主要手段。
Complexity is the essential feature of human society, which is closely related to the crisis of university libraries. Therefore, early warning of the crisis in university libraries must be based on a complex vision. The complexity of the library crisis in colleges and universities mainly reflects the complexity of the causes and the complexity of the features. The complexity theory has three main enlightenments for the early warning mechanism of university libraries: First, the crisis is inevitable and unpredictable, but it can be forewarning; second, people should be the foundation when building the early warning system; third, the institution building should be the primary means.
