大学生有氧运动水平与体育锻炼关系比较

目的:探讨大学生有氧运动水平与体育锻炼的关系,根据研究结果建立大学生有氧运动水平与体育锻炼关联的评价标准,为了解个体有氧工作能力、制定锻炼策略、评估锻炼效果提供理论依据。方法:①研究对象:采用随机抽样的方法选取吉林大学男生75人,女生75人,共计150人。男生分为5组,分别是篮球组、排球组、足球组、游泳组、羽毛球组,每组15人;女生分为5组,分别是慢跑组、羽毛球组、跳绳组、游泳组、滑冰组,每组15人。对各组进行24周48学时的体育课教学,由专业的教练负责具体实施。以上大学生对于本研究知情同意,并积极配合。②测试方法:采用v.dobeln测试法对24周体育教学前后大学生最大吸氧量(maximamoxygen consumption,VO2max)进行间接推测,同时,采用依托先进的电子生物化学技术的Lacate-Scout便携式乳酸盐分析仪对大学生15min跑后的血乳酸浓度进行精确测定。③实验数据:主要测量值包括身高、体质量、最大吸氧量(maximam oxygen consumption,VO2max)、血乳酸浓度(blood lactic acid concentration)、跑距等。结果:①体育锻炼课前后15min跑距成绩相比较:经过24周的体育课锻炼,男、女生各组15min跑距成绩均有明显提高,差异性效果显著。②体育锻炼课前后最大吸氧量相比较:体育锻炼后男、女生最大吸氧量均有显著提高,差异具有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论:大学生有氧运动水平与体育锻炼关系密切,适当的体育锻炼可以提高大学生最大吸氧量和运动成绩,保持血乳酸浓度相对稳定,从而提高大学生有氧工作能力。 Objective: To explore the relationship between college students aerobic exercise and physical exercise. According to the research results, the evaluation criteria of college students’ aerobic exercise level and physical exercise are established, which provide a theoretical basis for understanding aerobic work ability, formulating exercise strategy and evaluating exercise effect. Methods: ① Subjects: 75 boys and 75 girls were selected from Jilin University by random sampling method, for a total of 150 people. The above college students informed consent for this study and actively cooperate. ② Test Method: The v.dobeln test was used to indirectly estimate the maximum oxygen consumption (maximamoxygen consumption, VO2max) of college students before and after physical education for 24 weeks. At the same time, Lacate-Scout portable lactate analysis based on advanced electronic biochemistry was used Instrument 15min run after college students blood lactate concentration for accurate determination. ③ Experimental data: The main measurements include height, body mass, maximam oxygen consumption (VO2max), blood lactic acid concentration, running distance and so on. Results: ①Before and after physical exercise, 15min running distance scores compared: after 24 weeks of physical training, male and female 15min running distance results were significantly improved, the difference was significant. (2) Compared with the maximum oxygen uptake before and after physical exercise: the maximum oxygen uptake of male and female students increased significantly after physical exercise, the difference was significant (P <0.01); ③Before and after physical exercise, There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The level of aerobic exercise in college students is closely related to physical exercise. Proper physical exercise can increase the maximum oxygen uptake and exercise scores of college students, keep the blood lactate concentration relatively stable, and enhance the aerobic work ability of college students.
