目的了解龙岩市公共场所水体军团菌污染状况,为防制提供依据。方法采集2006-2010年部分公共场所79份水样进行军团菌培养及鉴定。结果共检出嗜肺军团菌37株,阳性率46.8%(37/79),1型占94.6%(35/37)。中央空调系统阳性率73.7%(14/19),尤其是冷却塔水样污染严重(76.2%);中央空调系统使用单位(酒店、宾馆、超市和医院)该菌阳性率70.6%(12/17)。结论龙岩市公共场所水体嗜肺军团菌污染情况较严重,需加强监测,督促定期消毒和清洗,以预防军团菌病发生。
Objective To understand the status of Legionella contamination in water bodies in public places in Longyan City and provide basis for prevention and control. Methods A total of 79 water samples from public places from 2006 to 2010 were collected and identified for Legionella pneumophila. Results A total of 37 Legionella pneumophila strains were detected, the positive rate was 46.8% (37/79) and the type 1 94.6% (35/37). The positive rate of the central air-conditioning system was 73.7% (14/19), especially that of the cooling tower was very high (76.2%); the positive rate of the bacteria of the central air conditioning system use units (hotels, guesthouses, supermarkets and hospitals) was 70.6% ). Conclusion The contamination of Legionella pneumophila in public places in Longyan City is more serious. Monitoring, urging regular disinfection and cleaning are necessary to prevent the occurrence of Legionnaires’ disease.
