In this study, long-eared white rabbits were continuously observed for the peripheral blood T-lymphocyte DNA synthesis rate within one month after exposure to different doses of fractional ~(60)Cor. The results showed that the one-time irradiation of each dose group was the most severely inhibited on the first day after the photosynthesis; all groups began to recover on the third day after the phototherapy; on the seventh day, all groups recovered to the pre-irradiation level. The 1.0Gy group not only did not decrease but had a tendency to increase after the split irradiation. When the dose rate and the cumulative dose were the same, only when the number of segmentation was different was found that the 0.05 Gy/d group was more obtrusive than the 0.10 Gy/d group.
