目前医院图书馆正处于一个信息环境随时发生变化的时代,医院图书馆传统的资源和服务已不能满足医护人员日益增长的知识和信息需求。医院图书馆如何适应环境变化,体现自身存在的价值,必须不断地调整服务模式,给予读者真正需要的服务,这样才能吸引读者,这也是医院图书馆生存、发展、竞争的必然趋势。创造新型的读者服务理念,已成为摆在我们面前的重要课题。
At present, the hospital library is in an era when the information environment is changing from time to time. The traditional resources and services of the hospital library can not meet the growing knowledge and information needs of medical staff. How to adapt to the changes in the environment and reflect the value of its own existence, the hospital library must constantly adjust its service mode and give its readers truly needed services in order to attract readers. This is also the inevitable trend of the hospital library’s survival, development and competition. To create a new concept of reader service has become an important issue before us.
