采用注浆法成型,生产便器、洗面器、下水用品、浴盆等卫生陶瓷制品,使用的泥浆浓度较大,泥浆比重应在1.8~2.0g/cm~2范围内,即干燥粘土100公斤,含水20~30立升。将水与粘土等原料和解胶剂共同混合搅拌成具有流动性的液浆。搅拌约两小时即可;如搅拌时间过长,就会胶凝或胶化。通常使用的解胶剂为碳酸钠和水玻璃的混合物,用量约为干燥原料混合物的0.4%左右。碳酸钠与水玻璃的比例,常以重量比碳酸钠30%、水玻璃70%为基准。
