Siemens Metals Technologies and Turkish steelmaker Celik Makina Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Cemtas) signed an agreement to modernize their latter bar production line in Bursa, northwestern Turkey. Under the contract, the bar production line will add reversible roughing mill and medium-rolling mill, and the modernization of the existing finishing mill. After the new equipment is put into production, the quality of Cemtas bar products will be further improved.
