[目的]了解急性髓细胞性白血病细胞患者TLR7、TLR9表达的差异,在肿瘤发生、发展中的作用和意义。[方法]抽取新鲜外周血3~5ml,分离白血病细胞,用RT-PCR方法检测白血病肿瘤细胞TLR7和TLR9mRNA表达水平。[结果]TLR7在急性髓细胞性白血病患者白血病细胞中表达水平低于正常对照;TLR9在急性髓细胞性白血病患者白血病细胞中表达水平与正常对照比较无差异。[结论]急性髓细胞性白血病细胞患者可表达TLR7、TLR9,但只有TLR7在急性髓细胞性白血病患者白血病细胞中的表达有所差异,提示TLR7在肿瘤的免疫逃逸中可能发挥一定的作用。
[Objective] To understand the difference of TLR7 and TLR9 expression in patients with acute myeloid leukemia and its significance in tumorigenesis and progression. [Method] The fresh peripheral blood was extracted 3 ~ 5ml, leukemia cells were isolated and the expression levels of TLR7 and TLR9 mRNA in leukemia tumor cells were detected by RT-PCR. [Results] The expression level of TLR7 in leukemia cells of patients with acute myeloid leukemia was lower than that of the normal control. The expression level of TLR9 in leukemia cells of patients with acute myeloid leukemia was no difference compared with the normal control. [Conclusion] TLR7 and TLR9 can be expressed in patients with acute myeloid leukemia, but only the expression of TLR7 in leukemia cells of patients with acute myeloid leukemia is different, suggesting that TLR7 may play a role in the immune escape of tumor.
