本文在分析法治信仰的内涵和探寻当前社会公众法治信仰缺失原因的基础上,提出了塑造法治信仰的途径,主张按照十八届四中全会精神的要求科学立法,严格执法,公正司法,加强农村法治建设,完善法治文化建设。
Based on the analysis of the connotation of belief in rule by law and the reasons for the lack of belief in rule of law in current society, this paper proposes a way of shaping faith in rule of law, advocates that science and legislation should be enforced according to the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, The rule of law, improve the legal culture.
