当他在研修班上找到大家正在探讨问题的答案时,参加辩论的某位以该解决方案与制定法的规定相矛盾为由提出反对意见,他的回答可能会是:抛开制定法的规定,我们应当怎样做?笔者曾经在该研修班上作的学术报告中非常缜密地阐述他人的观点,他批评道:您不应该这样敬重这些人。1964年他被提名为波恩大学校长的候选人,但是,人们违背了当时尚被严格遵守的传统做法,即被所在院提名的人当选,他因此而没有当选。大多数的选举人,不论是教席教授、还是非教席教授,都认为“将梭鱼放在鲤鱼池塘中”风险太大。
When he found an answer to a question everyone was discussing during the seminar, an objection was raised on the grounds of a contradiction between the solution and the statutory provisions, and his answer might be to: What should we do? The author has elaborated the opinions of others very carefully in his academic report in this workshop. He criticized: You should not respect these people in this way. In 1964 he was nominated as a candidate for president of the University of Bonn, however, contrary to what was traditionally strictly followed at the time, namely the person nominated by his home was elected and was thus not elected. Most voters, both chair professors and non-chair professors, consider that “placing the barracuda in a carp pond is too risky.”
