目的:提取分离制备栀子中两种环烯醚萜类成分,并比较6个产地中量两类环烯醚萜成分含量。方法采用大孔树脂、制备液相及高效液相对栀子的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,用氢谱鉴定结构,色谱条件:色谱柱为agilent TCC18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:0.1%甲酸水(A相);乙腈(B相);柱温40℃;流速:1ml/min;检测波长240nm。,进样量5ul,测定含量,结果两类成分0.1369-1.1369ug,0.1275-1.1275ug与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率均为100%,RSD值分别为2.8%,4.2%,不同产地的各成分含量有一定的差别。结论本实验能较好的反应不同产地成分含量变化,为今后栀子环烯醚萜类成分的质量控制提供依据。
