纵览国际油气合作百年历史,资源国对外合作的合同模式经历了从租让制协议到合同制合同、从单一的矿费税收制合同向多种合同模式发展的两个阶段。国际油气合同模式趋于多样化,资源国加大合同控制导致外国公司的合同风险进一步提高。
Looking at the history of a century of international oil and gas cooperation, the contractual model of foreign countries in the resource-based countries has gone through two stages from the concession agreement to the contractual contract and the development of a single contract for the mining tax to various contractual modes. The pattern of international oil and gas contracts tends to be diversified. The increased control of contracts by resource-based countries has further raised the contractual risks of foreign companies.
