培养学生的实践能力是高等院校素质教育的重要构成部分,如何针对现行档案种类繁多,管理方法复杂的特点,结合实习基地的建设与运作,培养学生的实践技能是本文要解决的重要问题。
How to cultivate students ’practical ability is an important part of quality education in colleges and universities. How to cultivate students’ practical skills is an important issue to be solved in this paper according to the characteristics of the current archives and the complicated management methods, combined with the construction and operation of the practice base.
