索道集材能降低人力成本,提高效率,降低作业人员的危险。本文研究表明:马尾松人工林索道集材作业效率最高已达6.79m3/h,与传统人力集材相比,索道集材是人力集材效率的4.3倍,成本只有人力集材的3/8;索道集材的时间效率最高为89.89%,其效率还有很大的提升空间,延误的时间80.7%是可以避免的。本研究旨在引进国外先进的采运技术及设备,推动我国的林业集材设备发展,实现我国林业集材机械化,推进林业现代化进程。
Rope skidding can reduce labor costs, improve efficiency and reduce the risk of workers. The results of this study show that the highest efficiency of the Masson pine plantation ropeway is 6.79m3 / h. Compared with the traditional manpower skidding, the ropeway skid is 4.3 times the manpower skidding efficiency and the cost is only 3/8 of the manpower skidding ; Ropeway skidding the highest time efficiency of 89.89%, its efficiency there is still much room for improvement, the delay time of 80.7% can be avoided.
