近年来我国早产儿出生率逐年上升,已占活产婴儿总数的7.76%[1],提高早产儿救治成功率及减少伤残的发生已是围产医学中产科和新生儿科共同关注的重要课题,为探讨早产儿管理重点,改善早产儿预后,本文对2008年1—12月在宁波市妇女儿童医院出生的896名早产儿进行了回顾性分析,现报告如下。
In recent years, the birth rate of premature infants in our country has been rising year by year, accounting for 7.76% of the total number of live infants [1]. Improving the success rate of treatment and reducing the incidence of disability has become an important topic of common concern in obstetrics and gynecology. In order to explore the focus of preterm infant management and improve the prognosis of preterm children, this paper retrospectively analyzed 896 preterm infants born at Ningbo Women’s and Children’s Hospital from January to December in 2008, and the report is as follows.
