依据制度功能发挥作用的层次为标准,可将高考制度的功能分为基本功能和派生功能。高考制度的基本功能可以概括为评价功能和选择功能。评价功能是任何一种形式的考试所具备的基本功能,而选择功能是高考制度作为大规模选拔性考试所特有的功能。高考制度的派生功能是由基础功能引申出来的功能,高考制度的派生功能主要有导向功能和发展功能。
Based on the system function to play a role in the level of standards, the system can be divided into the entrance examination of the basic functions and derived functions.
