用化学法,通过固—气界面反应,在铝合金(LY12)表面进行稀土及碳、氮等元素的多元共渗。采用离子探针、俄歇能谱、x光电子能谱及比色分析等方法,分析共渗后铝合金的表面成分及相对含量。结果证实,稀土元素确已渗入铝合金表层,并对碳、氮元素有助渗作用;稀土多元共渗铝合金表面电位分布趋向均匀;抗晶间腐蚀和抗应力腐蚀性能均有显著提高。
By chemical method, solid-gas interface reaction, the surface of aluminum alloy (LY12) rare earth and carbon, nitrogen and other elements of multicellular infiltration. The surface composition and relative content of aluminum alloy after common infiltration were analyzed by ion probe, Auger spectroscopy, x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and colorimetric analysis. The results confirmed that rare earth elements indeed infiltrated the surface of the aluminum alloy and infiltrated the carbon and nitrogen elements. The surface potential distribution of the rare earth multivariable aluminum alloy tended to be uniform, and the intergranular corrosion resistance and stress corrosion resistance were significantly improved.
