按照目前杭州及以南地区早稻育种一年三季 (当地早、晚 2季 ,海南冬繁 1季 )的实践 ,选择了14个不同表观直链淀粉含量 ( AAC)的早稻品种分别在杭州作早稻、翻秋和在海南冬季种植 ,对同一品种的 AAC、胶稠度 ( GC)、糊化温度 (碱消值 ,GT)以及淀粉粘滞特性 ( RVA谱 )的变化特征进行了研究 .结果表明 AAC和 GT经翻秋后较早季升高 ,海南介于两地之间 ;GC和淀粉粘滞性谱形状变化相对较小 .认为异季选择时对 AAC和 GT不宜施加过大的选择压 ,而 GC和 RVA谱则可作为决选的参考指标 ;早世代选择结合异地异季选择可能是改良早稻食用品质与蒸煮品质的有效途径
According to the current practice of early rice breeding in Hangzhou and the south of China in the three seasons (early morning and late in the second season, first season in winter and winter in Hainan), 14 early rice varieties with different apparent amylose content (AAC) The characteristics of AAC, gel consistency (GC), gelatinization temperature (alkali dissipation value, GT) and starch viscosity (RVA profile) of early rice, autumn turning and winter planting in Hainan were studied.The results showed AAC and GT increased after the fall of autumn, Hainan was between the two places, and GC and starch had a relatively small change of shape, suggesting that the selection of AAC and GT should not be overly selective , While GC and RVA profiles could be used as the recommended reference index. Early generation selection combined with off-season off-season selection may be an effective way to improve the edible quality and cooking quality of early rice
