本刊讯(记者李配亮)云南省于近日出台了《随迁子女升学考试工作实施意见》,从今年开始施行。《实施意见》主要明确了外来务工人员随迁子女在流入地的初中毕业和高中毕业两个阶段的各类升学考试要求。《实施意见》规定,只要随迁子女在流入地接受九年义务教育,期间都可以参加当地的初中学生学业水平考试;随迁子女在流入地完整接受完初中教育,且取得连续3年学籍(七、八、九年级),可在流入地有条件地参加高中阶段学校录取。若未在流入地完整接受初中3年教育,只能回户籍所在地参加普通高
