目的:探讨99锝-亚甲基二磷酸盐(商品名云克)对老年骨质疏松患者骨痛的影响。方法:60例老年骨质疏松患者随机分为云克治疗组和福善美对照组,分别对两组治疗前后骨痛程度进行评价。结果:云克治疗组和福善美对照组治疗前后骨痛缓解率分别为83%和33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:云克是治疗老年骨质疏松骨痛较有效的药物。
Objective: To investigate the effect of 99 technetium-methylene diphosphate (trade name Yunke) on bone pain in elderly patients with osteoporosis. Methods: Sixty aged patients with osteoporosis were randomly divided into Yunke group and Fuxianmei group. The degree of bone pain was evaluated before and after treatment. Results: The pain relief rates of Yunke group and Fuxianmei group before and after treatment were 83% and 33%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Yunke is an effective drug for the treatment of osteoporosis and bone pain in the elderly.
