作者对铸造铝硅合金-石墨复合材料的磨损特性进行了研究,比较了含石墨与不含石墨的铝硅合金的耐磨性,並用扫描电镜对它们的磨损机理进行了考察。结果表明,铸造铝硅合金-石墨复合材料是一种摩擦性能良好的减摩材料,其在油润滑条件下的耐磨性比基体合金的高,在干摩擦、低载荷时的耐磨性也比较好。
The wear properties of cast Al-Si alloy-graphite composites were studied. The wear resistance of graphite-based and graphite-free Al-Si alloys was compared. Their wear mechanisms were also investigated by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the cast Al-Si alloy-graphite composite is an antifriction material with good friction performance. Its wear resistance under oil lubrication is higher than that of the matrix alloy, and the wear resistance under dry friction and low load is also Better.
