目前,在课堂教学中,兴起了一股快乐体育热潮。她提倡体育课要充分调动教师和学生的积极性,让学生在快乐中掌握体育基本知识、技能,获得愉快的情感体验,使学生在融洽、合作的气氛中快乐的参与学习,并在学习过程中充分体验运动的乐趣,体验克服困难后取得的成功感和成就感。快乐体育旨在触发学生深层的心理快感,让学生在体育运动中体验到参与、理解、掌握以及创新的乐趣,从而激发学生参加运动的自觉性和主动性,感受到体育运动过程本身就是一种快乐。那么怎样才能为体育课堂注入快乐的元素呢?
