1989年11月1日到3日,国防科工委首届软科学理论与方法研讨会暨国防科技大学软科学研究中心成立大会在长沙召开。大会除了来自国防科工委系统的代表外,还邀请了总参武器装备论证所、军事科学院、北京图书馆等单位的代表参加,湖南省人民政府经济信息研究中心获息也赶来参加大会。大会到会代表60余人,共收到学术论文59
From November 1 to November 3, 1989, the inaugural meeting of the First Scientific Theory and Method Seminar of Soft Science and the Soft Science Research Center of National Defense Science and Technology University was held in Changsha. In addition to representatives from the system of the State Commission of Science, Technology and Industry Commission, the General Assembly also invited representatives from the PLA General Armaments Armament Demonstration Institute, the Academy of Military Sciences and the Beijing Library to participate. The economic information research center of the Hunan Provincial People’s Government also came to attend the conference. More than 60 delegates attended the conference and received a total of 59 academic papers
