本文报告用彩色多普勒组织显像(DTI)测定正常小儿173名,病毒性心肌炎40例,发现DTI在正常小儿的规律。病毒性心肌炎二尖瓣环舒张早期运动速度(MVR-DeV)显著低于正常儿童,40例病毒性心肌炎MVR-DeV降低者占72.5%,经过治疗后MVR-DeV90%以上短期内恢复正常。MVR-DeV降低率显著高于心脏解剖、心功能、心脏血流参数、心电图和心肌酶的异常率。因此,MVR-DeV对病毒性心肌炎的诊断、病情了解以及疗效观察均有重要价值。
In this paper, 173 cases of normal children and 40 cases of viral myocarditis were detected by color Doppler tissue imaging (DTI), and the regularity of DTI in normal children was found. The MVR-DeV of viral myocarditis was significantly lower than that of normal children. The decrease of MVR-DeV in 40 patients with viral myocarditis accounted for 72.5%. After MVR-DeV treatment, the MVR-DeV returned to normal within a short period of time. MVR-DeV reduction rate was significantly higher than that of cardiac anatomy, cardiac function, cardiac blood flow parameters, ECG and myocardial enzyme abnormalities. Therefore, MVR-DeV diagnosis of viral myocarditis, disease understanding and efficacy are of great value.
