我国新型农村社会养老保险试点工作正在如火如荼的进行着,2010年在全国原有10%试点县的基础上再新增13%的试点县,以逐步实现2015年全覆盖的目标。2010年保定市新增涞源县为新型农村社会养老保险试点。本文通过对涞源县的实地走访,了解新型农村社会养老保险的参保情况、具体实施办法及实施中所遇到的问题,并提出相关建议,以利于新型农村社会养老保险的可持续发展。
Pilot projects on China’s new-type rural social endowment insurance are under way in full swing. In 2010, a further 13% of pilot counties were added to the original 10% of pilot counties in the country to gradually achieve the goal of 2015 full coverage. In 2010, Baoyuan City added Laiyuan County pilot for the new-type rural social endowment insurance. Through the field visit in Laiyuan County, this article understands the insured conditions, specific implementation measures and problems encountered in the implementation of the new-type rural social endowment insurance and puts forward relevant suggestions to facilitate the sustainable development of the new-type rural social endowment insurance.
