财政支出绩效评价是是衡量政府财政支出绩效目标实现程度的重要手段,旨在提高财政资金的使用效率。本文根据《河北省省级财政支出绩效评价办法(试行)》确定的财政支出绩效评价指标,采用层次分析法(AHP)-模糊综合评判法进行评价。希望本文研究能为政府的财政支出绩效评价工作提供一定的参考和借鉴。
The performance appraisal of fiscal expenditure is an important means to measure the realization of the government’s fiscal expenditure performance goal, and aims to improve the efficiency of the use of financial funds. According to the performance appraisal index of financial expenditure determined by “Hebei Province Provincial Public Expenditure Performance Evaluation Method (Trial Implementation)”, this paper evaluates AHP - fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. I hope this study can provide some reference and reference for the government’s performance appraisal of fiscal expenditure.
