目的:分析研究彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的可行性。方法:选取我院2016年1月到12月收治的经病理诊断确诊为乳腺癌的患者59例作为研究对象,患者均在治疗前接受彩色多普勒超声诊断,回顾其诊断的二维声像特征及血流信号变化情况,判断其病变类型,并将诊断结果与患者的病理诊断结果进行对照,计算超声诊断的准确度。结果:59例患者经超声诊断,共检出乳腺癌54例,诊断准确率为94.9%。其中,浸润性导管癌、浸润性髓样癌的诊断准确率均为100.0%,乳头癌及单纯癌的诊断准确率略低,分别为90.9%和87.5%,但比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的准确度高,并能为乳腺癌的分型提供依据,加上其操作简单、无创,有良好的可重复性和安全性好,可以作为乳腺癌的首选筛查方法。
Objective: To analyze the feasibility of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods: Fifty-nine patients diagnosed as breast cancer from January 2016 to December 2016 in our hospital were selected as subjects. All patients underwent color Doppler ultrasonography before treatment. The diagnosis of two-dimensional sonography Characteristics and changes in blood flow signals to determine the type of lesion, and the diagnostic results and pathological diagnosis of patients compared to calculate the accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis. Results: 59 cases of patients diagnosed by ultrasound, a total of 54 cases of breast cancer were detected, the diagnostic accuracy was 94.9%. Among them, the diagnostic accuracy of invasive ductal carcinoma and invasive carcinoma of medullary carcinoma were 100.0%, and the diagnostic accuracy of papillary carcinoma and simple carcinoma were slightly lower (90.9% and 87.5% respectively), but there was no statistical difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer is high, and it can provide a basis for the classification of breast cancer. Besides, it is simple, noninvasive, good repeatability and good safety, which can be used as breast cancer Preferred screening method.
