目的:筛选丁桂凝胶膏剂的最佳配方。方法:应用正交试验法,以初黏力、持黏力、剥离强度为指标,考察所有组分在不同配比时丁桂凝胶膏剂的性能。结果:最佳的基质配比为NP-700∶卡波姆∶甘油∶甘羟铝∶酒石酸∶水(2∶0.8∶30∶0.1∶0.1∶67)。结论:该凝胶膏剂的配方有效、稳定。
Objective: To screen the best formula of Ding Gui gel adhesive. Methods: The orthogonal test was used to evaluate the properties of DingGui gel plasters with all the components in different proportion with the indexes of initial viscosity, holding capacity and peel strength. Results: The best matrix ratio was NP-700: Carbomer: Glycerol: Glycoaluminate: Tartaric acid: water (2: 0.8: 30: 0.1: 0.1: 67). Conclusion: The gel ointment formulation is effective and stable.
