In view of the lack of information on the genetic variability and traits of Egyptian clover (Yadav et al., 1974-1980), a study was undertaken to determine the yield, quality and impact of different important varieties (60) of this important forage crop Study on Component Variability of Yield. In the 1980-1981 and 1981-1982 winter, 60 genotypes of Clover were planted in a randomized block design and four replications in Ludhiana, India. Each line sows a single 4.5-meter long line.
